Shipping policy

1. Digital Delivery Only
digital-rank sells digital products only. Nothing is physically shipped. "Shipping" on this page means the electronic delivery of your files and membership access.

2. What You Receive
Immediately after payment, you receive an email with:
- Your order confirmation and rank (Bronze, Silver, Gold or Diamond)
- "Make a copy" links for Google Sheets templates
- Download links for Excel (.xlsx) files and calculators
- Setup instructions and our support email

3. Delivery Time
Delivery is instant after your payment is approved. Rarely, payment checks or technical issues can cause a short delay. If you haven't received your email within 30 minutes, see "Delivery Problems" below.

4. Delivery Cost
Delivery is free. There are no shipping, handling or packaging fees.

5. Worldwide Access
Because delivery is by email, customers anywhere in the world receive their files instantly. There are no customs duties on digital products. Taxes that apply in your country, if any, are shown at checkout.

6. Delivery Problems
If your access email hasn't arrived:
- Check your spam, junk and promotions folders.
- Search your inbox for "digital-rank".
- Make sure the email address you entered at checkout is correct.
- Still nothing? Email support@digital-rank.shop with your order number, and we'll resend your access, usually within 1 business day.

If a "Make a copy" link doesn't open, make sure you are signed in to a Google account. If an Excel file doesn't open, make sure you are using Microsoft Excel or a compatible version.

7. Refunds
If a delivery problem cannot be fixed, you may be eligible for a refund under our 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. See our Refund Policy.
